The digital products sold on Tarbiyah Islamiyyah are e-goods, intangible products in the digital format.

3. What digital formats will I receive?

After payment clears, a link will be sent to download your WinRAR ZIP archive folder or as a PDF file. Please save it on your preferred device you mainly use for printing. As you only have 4 downloads you are limited too.

4. How long will it take to receive my digital downloads?

Once payment has been confirmed and verified. You will receive another email within 30 minutes for your downloadable links. If you haven't yet received this email with 24 hours please check your spam or junk mail or contact us.

5. Can I share the download with my friends and on social media?

Sorry no, my products are for personal use. Instead, please direct your friends or interested persons to my website so they can purchase the product for themselves. Alot of effort goes into designing these printables. Please support Tarbiyah Islamiyyah a family business who are trying to make a positive difference in the world - connecting our children with the language of the Quran.

6. Is this product suitable for my aged child?

I don't like to specify the age groups on my resources because every child develops at their own pace. But if you have to put an appropriate age to it, then I would say approximately between 4 to 6 years is the ideal age.

7. Do you offer refunds on your digital downloads?

Offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.Unfortunately, due to the immediate access to the files. All sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Do you offer refunds on your physical products?

Tarbiyah Islamiyyah's Return and Refund Policy is very simple: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use trackable shipping and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
